What we send
When you check the booking box, the studio may send appointment confirmations, time changes, cancellations, reminders, and waitlist hold notices to the number you provide. Message frequency varies with your visits. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent
I agree to receive appointment texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to book.
Consent is not required to book. Unchecked, you still get email if the studio sends it.
STOP, HELP, START
- Reply STOP to opt out of all PolyshOS texts to that number.
- Reply HELP for a short help message and hello@polyshos.com.
- Reply START does not turn texts back on by itself. Opt in again on a booking form.
Who sends
Texts are sent for the studio using PolyshOS. Live sending stays off until the studio’s SMS provider and US 10DLC (or equivalent) registration are approved. Sandbox and file modes do not deliver to phones.
